Worth building now?

Hello together. 

So I'm planning on building a new gaming PC but I think the timing is bad atm. 

First we have the prices of the graphics cards, they are still pretty expensive because of the mining. 

I still made my build but I didn't buy anything yet, because I'm not sure if it's better to wait. I know that this or next year, soon should come the 8th generation of Intel processors plus I did read that the 20 series of Nvidias graphics card should be there soon as well. 

So I'm not sure if I should wait for the new components to come out or not. 

 

What do you guys think? 

Will the prices of the 10 series go up as soon as the 20 series are there or will they go down? 

Is it worth waiting for the next generation? 

What will the new Intel processors and Nvidia graphics card cost? 

Any release dates?

i would wait until the new stuff is released if you have a working computer otherwise you will feel shit when it is released and wish you waited. i buy used parts

Volta isn't coming any time soon (Should be called the 11 series btw). But yes it would be a good time to wait since Coffeelake is around the corner. Altough GPU prices aren't going to come down any time in the foreseeable future.
