Help to suggest a build please

I'm planning on building a pc soon with a budget of 1000 USD and I live in Singapore. It is going to be used for gaming ( Minecraft and others). I plan on running 1 monitor and I would need peripherals like a mouse and keyboard etc. 

Please help me to find a good build.

i know i can use currency converters but i want an exact number from him instead.
