Cannot delete files as system admin (Windows 10)

I have been trying to delete Origin, since Windows cannot find the uninstall executable in it, however it says i do not have permission to do so, even though i am in an admin account (i dont have any other accounts on this pc). Origin itself is having errors trying to connect, so i can't access anything from their app.

That's why you have to add it, read the guide.

I use the Revo Uninstaller for situations such as this.  There is a free version and it works great.
