hdmi detecting display

when I connect my laptop or pc via new hdmi cable I bought to my monitor (lg dm2350d) it just says "check connection" and ofc I get no image but if on my laptop I go to intel graphic settings and detect display manually then magic happens and it starts to work... until next reboot at least... if I use my old hdmi cable everything works perfectly, I tried to connect laptop to my tv via this new hdmi and all worked just fine so problem is somewhere with monitor and new hdmi

sending 1080p to monitor, tried with its both hdmi slots - same result, drivers are new, windows updated, connection is good I just have to force it to start working ...

is there a way to automatically force display detection or something I can do to make it work as it should ?
