Admin Password Help!!

So I need to reset my computers admin's password. I am running windows 8.1 and I need to reset the admins password. Can someone help me with this because I want to be applicable to install applications without having to ask for rights.

Also please make it no-usb and no reset cause I am not going to do those.

I agree with mynameisjuan. This sounds very fishy to me. Like you're trying to access somebody's else's computer. You want to be able to install applications without permission? You do realize info on hacking is not allowed here, right?

Press windows + R,

type in cmd

type in

systeminfo

send us the info

You can activate the built-in administrator account and use it to log in to your PC. Once logged in, change your target user to an administrator.
