Hi! I recently installed Ubuntu 17.04 in place of Windows 10 in a computer that I use to share a hard drive over the network, everything works (for the moment) but I have some questions since I do not understand much about these things:

-Now I'm sharing a temporary hard drive (Ext4 file system) to do some tests and from another computer with Windows 10 I see a folder called "lost+found" that I can't see from Linux. I also connected another hard disk (NTFS file system) and other folders appeared in addition to my files, this time however the hard disk was not shared and I saw the folders directly from Linux. My question is: Can I delete or hide these folders?

-I was moving random files on the hard disk (Still the temporary one I mentioned earlier) to see the performance and if everything worked but with some files I get the error "Copy the file without its properties? The file includes properties that can not be copied to the new location".  Any clarification about this?

-Before installing linux I was sharing a hard disk with NTFS file system, can I continue to use the hard drive as it is or is it better to format it and use the Ext4 file system? All PCs in the network use Windows, apart for a Mac.

Thanks to everyone for the help

Sorry if my english isn't perfect
