idk if you know this (some people don't, sorry if you do)

There is basically nothing graphical in Powershell. You have to type in the command.

So to select "A" you would type in "A" on the keyboard (no quotes) and press enter.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

What is the result of Get-ExecutionPolicy ?

Also, this is just a registry key anyways:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Powershell\1(version or whatever)\SheLLids\Microsoft.Powershell

If there isn't a key there already create a new REG_SZ Named: ExecutionPolicy and set the value to whatever you want. 4 options (Restricted, AllSigned, RemoteSigned, Unrestricted)

I'm asking the OP to run the command Get-ExecutionPolicy so we can see what the result is. Perhaps the execution policy is already set to Unrestricted and his command is having no effect.
