Dying GPU?

So I RMA my GPU in october and about 5 minutes ago my pc froze. I began to restart it but the issue resolved so I cancelled the restart, but then it blue screened a couple minutes later. Upon restarting I relized that a lot of the pitch black colors were appearing as green. Would this be my GPU?

Reseat GPU/Check Cables/Connectors
