Trouble With First Build!!!

I built this system two to three months ago and have had problems since day one. It stutters when starting programs and crashes whenever I try to game on it. So I sent my motherboard back to the manufaturer and they gave me a new one; The problem persisted. So I got Prime95 to see what the hell was going on. Whenever I stress tested the cpu on its own everything was fine but as soon as I added the RAM into the test cores started to fail. That didn't satisfy me so I went ahead and disabled SMT to see if that would fix anything, but again they kept failing. I went in search for some new RAM, Confident that it was the issue, I install it and my system doesn't post I get 3 beeps per DIMM and then 8 more beeps. I searched everywhere but no luck to what that means.

 

Should I just send The CPU back?

If you are using 32 bit Windows that could be the problem. 32 bit Windows only support up to 4GB of RAM while 64 bit support a lot more. However, it could be that your RAM isn't compatible with Ryzen.

Yeah.... Neither are compatible with Ryzen, apparently. *sigh* Well I guess I have to search for another kit. Do you have any recommendations? (Price to performance, please)
