Hard drive health?

tS_kStin

So I put this 3TB seagate drive in a few months ago and it is at 66% health and my 1TB seagate is at 70% and has been in for a bit over a year. Is this fine that they are reading 66% and 70%? I know that it is over 50% and that it really is not that low, it just surprised me that my newest hard drive is the lowest in health. My 120gb SSD is at 99% and the 240 is at 100% and are both older than the 3TB drive. This could just be me being all concerned and stuff that my hard drive isn't very good.

Try CrystalDiskInfo or HDSentinel to meter your hard drives' heatlh. It is what I use.

So the CrystalDiskInfo said 100% for the 2 ssds and just Good for the HDDS and HDSentinel has 100% for everything.

So you shouldn't be too worried I suppose.
