New boot ssd or hhd cache?

So, let's see, i have a 120gb Crucial M4 as my boot drive, i also have a couple of mechanical drives, a 1.5TB WD green of storage and a 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3 for Programs and such.

Now what happened is that i got a new 64gb M4 and i can't decide if i should set it up as my new OS drive, and let the 120 gb for my frequently used programs and games, or if i should use the 64gb ssd to cache my 1TB Samsung HDD, so i would like some opinions from people that know a bit more than me, i would also need some help setting up the cache if that were the case (i have an intel z77  board)
