Disk always at 100%

The disk on my laptop is always running at 100% from the minute i log in to the second i shut down.

I tried uninstalling almost all of the apps that i had installed but nothing happened, i checked the task manager and i didn't find anything too suspicious (mostly system 32 files and stuff from windows)

I tired to scan the files on it but it gets stuck at "files scanned: 0" so no luck there

 

should i try running the laptop on safe mode? is there any other solution to this issue?

Do you have the latest firmware for the HDD?
