Hello everyone mi mother is having an error on her laptop she say that appears like 5 seconds and i cant find any solution the mayor problem is that i am not in the same city so i can see the problem or error that is happening i going to upload an imagen that show the windows error please some help.

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500
