Budget Action Camera

Hello to all the wonderful members of LTT , I am looking to buy an action camera but my badget is at 110 euros at the moment.What I want is a bit weird to be honest , because I am looking for a budget action camera that can support external microphone , like rode or something similar and also can do slow-mo at 1080p if its possible , I was looking at ThiEYE T5e from gearbest which is at 110 euros , but I want to explore my options and see if I can get something cheaper and use an external microphone with recorder , the use of the camera will be for cars (outside and inside use) thats why I need to support external microphone and slow-mo. I feel like ThiEYE T5e would be the one , but I want to explore my options.
