Would a GTX 1050 bottleneck a FX 6300 and what is a good cheap mobo for the fx 6300?

Probably not, are you planning on building a system with an fx 6300? Do you already have it? If not then id suggest paying a little but more for a ryzen 3 1200 and then 50 dollars asrock mobo.

I got it for free

In that case this motherboard seems like its nice. Whenever i search for motherboards i narrow it down by socket, then for manufacturers i select asrock, asus, gigabyte and then i move on from there. This one seems nice, Asus - 970 PRO GAMING/AURA ATX AM3+ Motherboard and on newegg its sold for 90 dollars and a 20 dollar mir so for 70 dollars its a good deal.https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132713&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker, LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
