So I've been thinking hard about this and realized all the specifications for what I would describe as my dream smartphone. None of them are extremely ambitious except for one: battery-life. I'd love to return to the days of having a cellphone that would last all day even if I used it every chance I got only with today's smartphone capabilities. I'd love some suggestions for a smartphone that could apply to that or a suggestion for a way to make one DIY from parts that are purchasable online if it is possible.

If you'd like to take a look, I also took the time to be very specific and write down what are the features I'd like in a smartphone and rated them by the following index:

  • Must have - Green
  • Would really want - Purple
  • Appreciated but not necessary - Orange
  • Not needed but could be nice - Red
