Styli for laptops with no digitzier

Hi all, 

I was wondering if it was possible to get around the limitation so many laptops seem to have now where they have a touch screen but no digitizer for active pen support. I was wondering if some third party manufacturers made styli that could overcome this by sending all the pressure information via bluetooth (this howtogeek explains they should exist: https://www.howtogeek.com/177376/not-all-tablet-styluses-are-equal-capacitive-wacom-and-bluetooth-explained/ )

So I see there is a model by Wacom for the iPad, but has anyone seen anything like that for windows laptops? I hope someone has the answer.
