I would recommend the likes of the G4560 or maybe something used if you are into that. Motherboard just get the cheapest B250. Again the cheapest 8GB DDR4 RAM kit will do and the cheapest Hard drive with the capacity you need. Either you stick with your GPU which will give you "alright" performance at 1080p or you try to sell it and go for a 1050 Ti or RX 470 (can't recommend that right now). Sticking with the RX 460 is your best bet right now.

Not sure if you have a HDD already, if you do then this build is within your budget and should last it for quote awhile. If you don't, get a R5 1400 and get a HDD
