Feel free to change the case, as beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. But I'd take the P400 TG over the S340. Change it if you want, $5 difference. 

You could probably get a 1060 into the budget, if you lowered the SSD to a 120GB, changed the case, and 8GB RAM instead. With the current pricing, it's hard to recommend the 1060 and RX 580
