Permanent onscreen keys on a tablet?

I was wondering if there was a way to have a couple of onscreen keyboard keys anchored to the screen? For instance permanently having a right click or space action on screen without having to bring up the full onscreen keyboard. Perhaps there is some third party software or built in feature I'm just unaware of. 

 

I'm using a windows tablet, on windows 10.
