I keep getting ths error off and on and i really haven't found a solution to it. It seems to be an IP ban ad ive tred Everything 

I have two questions. 

When the IP ban gets lifted, can i use my existing PS+ membership or will i have to pay again ?

How to lift the IP ban ? 

 

I've tried everything by now and it's insanely frustrating.
