Need help with batch file

Hello guys,

I'd like to know what the basic commands are for creating a batch file that does a few things. What I'm looking to achieve is force P0 state on both my gpus and doing it by hand is sort of lengthy and I need to input a few lines into a cmd windows in admin mode. I'd like to know how to do this, if anyone's available to help me I'd greatly appreciate it.
