Hello

I will buy the Ryzen 1600x or the 1700.

I will use the computer for 3D design, graphic design, animation, content creation and gaming.

Which mb would be best?

I plan on having a ssd as the main boot drive, 1 TB WD Blue hdd as storage drive. I might go M.2, NVMe drives, not sure.

Which boards are best? I checked some of the specs for different ones but dont see the big differences.

What is important more, usb 3.1 gen 1 or  gen 2? Type A or C ?

VRMs? How many are best?  I will overclock my cpu and ram.

Which extra features are best?  I do want a debug code read out and if possible a dual bios.

Dual bios is not necessary but would be good.

I am not going to SLI but want to make sure that I get a mb with good VRMs, etc.

A good sound chip is good too, but I might go sound card. But want a good sound chip until I do.

I want a mb that can use 3000 or 3200 mhz ram fully.

dont want to spend tons of money.  Is wi fi card built in worth having?  I will use AIO cooling.

Which boards should I look at?

I have the asus crosshair hero vi with an R7 1800x and am happy with it plenty of features and has 8 and 4 pin power for overclocking so the VRM is good I've had no problems with it with the exception of not being able to sli for some reason but it's prolly me I'm running at 3.95 @3333Mhz stable but dialed it back to 3200Mhz I did not see an appreciable gain for the few degrees increase of temp it is my daily driver I would recommend the 1700 over the 1600x I have that too and the performance is greatly appreciated between the 2
