Fan controllers

I'm wanting to get a fan controller or my next upgrade and I found a couple that I like and I'm looking to see which one will be better in my case and if you know of any decent cases that are mostly white that are under $120 cad that has most of the features of the Dukase (I like the 2.5" bay on the PSU shroud)
