Windows RT WiFi enquiry

Hey,

 

There's a great deal for a Microsoft Surface RT, but I need to know how WiFi works on it, because I need it to connect to school internet, which requires changing the proxy settings. Would anyone know if there are these settings on Windows RT? And it'd be great if someone could have a screenshot or something :)

can you change the proxy settings?
