Yeah, that's probably because it's an OEM CPU mate.

I recommend AMD CPU and GPU myself anyways.

everything on that parts list would be compatible and work together (you may wish to consider getting a 7400 instead of a 6400 since you're going to be using a B250 motherboard)

 

On the other hand, buying everything on this list would cost you less and give you better performance, not to mention it would allow you to do some CPU/RAM overclocking if you wished to do that sort of thing: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hwpLRG

 

not sure what kind of colour scheme or aesthetic you're looking for, but this should be a largely black/white build with blue LED fans in the front of the case. if you don't like that let me know and perhaps we can figure something else out.
