WiMax Bus Eumerator

Hey everybody. I have an issue with my laptop. I have an error code with my laptop pertaining to the WiMax Bus Eumerator and first off i have no clue what this is and i have tried to do research for it and nothing comes up. My dad(which is quite good with computer) told me that it is a physical connection between certain parts that are soldered on the motherboard. I was wondering if this was true and what it pertains to. If that is not the case then please tell me other wise because all the research ive done it gives me that it is a software thing but everytime i go to my device manager and try to update the driver it still gives me issues.
