Hey guys, I am going to buy a new power supply, I haven't done it before, so I would like a professional opinion.

I'm looking for a 650 watt power supply, with a good efficiency rating for roughly 100 dollars.
If you guys could link me any power supplys, that would be great.
I was thinking the: Corsair CS650M 650W 80+ Gold Modular ATX,

P.S, my case is a fractal design core 2500

Thanks for the quick responses guys!
I'll be looking through the links and recommendations!
:)

The CS M series is good, but that has been superseded by the TX M series. I know in Australia at least, you can buy either model for the same price, so if that is the case where you live, get the TX M.

Also why do you want 650W? That is excessive if you are using it for a single GPU computer, 550W is more than enough for that.

Also the CoolerMaster G650M that people are recommending is 80plus bronze and is a bit meh.

I'll look into the TX-M series, and the reason why I want a 650 watt, is so that in the future I would like to upgrade without having to worry about getting a new PSU. I would take a 600 watt model (if it existed), but going a little high is better than going a little low in my opinion.

650W is enough for SLI or Crossfire, so unless you want to do that, I'd stick with a 550W or less.
