Windows Console Application template in Visual Studio 2017

Hi, I've got a problem with Visual Studio 2017: there Windows Console Application template is missing. Any ideas how to find it?

For me, its under Windows Classic Desktop > Console App

You are under the online tab, switch to the installed tab.

I've tried to open Visual Studio Installer, but it asks me to accept all the terms and conditions, then it asks my permission to update and then it repeats it all over again. It's an infinite loop of accepting the terms and conditions and updating VS

sounds like a screwy install.  Try uninstalling and re-installing
