yes, but you'll need a fan splitter to do it.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

fan header has enough power for 2 case fans, but don't go over that. i've been using one for my own rig for months without an issue.

Thank you yea I won't be adding more I just bought 2 be quiet pure wing 2 for the front and the case already had an exhaust in the back. I could put the exhaust fan straight into the PSU but I don't want it just on full all the time.

plug the exhaust fan onto one of the fan headers and the pure wings fans to the remaining header using the splitters.

I think this part list will get you the ultimate gaming performance. We included an i3 6100 which should accomplish whatever you need. We also threw in a 1050 ti. Hope you like it. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/FpgFNN

Thank you for your in put already ordered the parts though and this is not meant for gaming it will be for working in CAD. If working on my own takes off I will obviously invest in a much better computer this is just to get me up and running for now.

Just reading about install windows Is it right I will have to use windows 10 as 7 and 8.1 will not work at all?

windows 10 is the only windows os that ryzen currently supports. you can try using 8 or earlier but you won't get any official help if something goes wrong or doesn't work.
