Really weird black screen

Hi! Thanks for checking in. So, my PC started acting very weird and inconsistent a couple of months ago.

 

After starting the computer, the monitor would either show the windows 10 loading or not. After that, it either shows login normally, or more commonly, nothing at all. There isn't a consistent solution this. Usually it is solved by turning the monitor on and off or plugging it in and out many times, or just once. maybe by changing the VGA output or resetting the PC. First time it occurred it was with a GTX970 and then with onboard and then with a GTX670. Always the same. 

 

Please help me this is driving me nuts
