I just purchased 32gb intel optane and installed it into my m.2 slot in my MSI B250M gaming pro motherboard. I boot off a 120gb Sandisk ssd and store everything else on a 6tb seagate Hdd. For what I know, I have to run the drive I want to speed up in raid alongside the intel optane module. I don't know how to run raid so I am not sure what to do. The MSI Bios software is at version 5 and I cannot find a way to start Raid on my PC. If someone has experience with intel optane please help. Thank you for your time.

Edit: I found out my motherboard bios is not updated to load intel optane. I don't know how to update it though.

I want to set RAID up on my system. Can I accelerate these RAID volumes with Intel Optane memory?

Intel Optane memory cannot accelerate a RAID volume. An Intel Optane memory volume can reside in the same system as a RAID volume. The operating system must be on the SATA drive accelerated by Intel Optane memory.

Note In a system with this configuration, we recommend using the Intel RST application to manage your RAID volume and Intel Optane memory volume.
