Dell Laptop Performance Cooling

Does anyone know how to control fan speed on a Dell 2 in 1 15 in Notebook with an Intel Core i5 6500u processor?  I'm asking so that I can boost performance only sometimes when I need to render footage and possibly other Graphics related content. I recognize that the Chip And graphics configuration is not strong by far but I believe if I can control the fan speed and increase it when needed I would be able to eke out a little bit more performance as necessary. I have done some research and many of the key sequences and pieces of software that are available on the internet don't seem to work for a Dell Inspiron 15 5568 2-in-1 device.

Does it thermally throttle? If not, then increasing fan speed won't help.
