So i have a current computer, and i've been planning on upgrading it [Already have upgraded the GPU from on old HD 6670], honestly im essentially building my own computer, with extra steps xD

Current PC:

CPU: FX-4100

MoBo: GA-78lmt-usb3

Ram: DDr3 8gb chip

GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 [4gb]

HDD: 7200rpm HardDrive 1 TB

PSU: 500w EVGA 80plus Bronze

Upgraded Parts [Soon to arrive]

CPU: Ryzen 1500x

Mobo: ASRock AB350M Pro4

Ram:  Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (2 x 4GB)

SSD: 120gb NVMe SSD [Primary use for a boot drive]

I'd like to ask a kind soul to list out exactly what i need to do to make this transaction, not so much hardware assembly, but after you've assembled it, like how to get the OS onto the boot drive and all that stuff, i will be keeping my old HDD as it it perfectly fine, idk if i need to wipe it clean or not haha, spare no detail, thank you to anyone who sheds some information.

I would recommend that you do a clean install of windows on the SSD, then take out all the data you want to keep on the old HDD and format it to use as a storage drive for all your games and large applications. You can install windows by downloading it on the microsoft website.
