Text dissapering Windows 10

Basicly an easy problem. randomly this started happening to my PC:

So text works in some applications and not in some. I have the latest win 10 updates.

have you tried windows disk cleanup? i would think its some kind of cache issue, not sure though.

You can try making a new User account via netplwiz in a run box.

 

Also running it in safemode is a good bet.

 

Reinstalling the GPU drivers would possibly help.

fixed it by reinstalling fonts.
