New upcoming pc build

I just need some ideas or suggestions of what pc I should build for around $500.00. In terms of choosing pc hardware, do I go with intel or AMD. This pc must be budget orientated and push out a lot of frames with in the games I will play. The games that I will be playing will be Euro truck simulator 2, GTA 5, Team fortress 2, and CSGO. Please leave your pc part picker suggestions down below. If the price can be lowered on any specific hardware of the whole pc, then that will be great! I live in south Australia, Australia for your convenience!
