EVGA Catzilla virus?

So I went to go download the benchmark tool thing from EVGA (LINK) because y'know, cats, dubstep, lazerz why not? 

After I launched the installer and all, gave it time to install, trend came up, deleted the file and said it was dangerous...

Am I missing something here?

It probably can modify system files so your ativirus deleted it.

Just want to make sure I'm not getting anything wrong here, that I'm not going to have to waste this hard drive.

Might do stuff to your inner windows and system files.

For Example one time my Anti virus said Steam was a Trojan

 

Or did steam need a Trojan?

Alright thanks for the help! I get way too careful when it comes to these things. Had one hard drive lost before to a virus. Could have been recovered most likely, but I like to start fresh.
