Can't boot my pc

When i powered up my pc it started booting, fans and leds were on but after a couple of seconds it went down again and started same thing over and over again. Motherboard showed 14 then it restarted again. I tried to reset my bios to default (button). Then tried to switch ram and checked cpu for some damage. Everything seems normal. But then i got q-code 60.

 I build my pc for 1 year ago the same problem occured for 6 months ago. Pc was working fine. Someone could help? 

Motherboard: Asus x99 

Gpu: EVGA gtx970

Cpu: Intel i7 5820k

Ram: Corsair dominator 2x 16gb

What I researched that error code is something for the ram slots try taking out both of your ram and only putting one back in and do that for both slots

also try testing if one of your ram modules are bad

Thank you for your answer. I tried everything with ram. Switching ports, putting only 1 ram, both rams different slots. Still the same error, the strange thing is i got the same error for couple month ago. Took apart every single thing from my computer, and then i was able to boot. It worked for next 6 months without any issue. If something would be corrupted why would it boot after the same error for the next couple of months. I even tried timings on my ram last time. Have no idea what could it be.

I finally booted my pc. Detached all the cabels from my power supply and ran self test couple of times then was able to boot my pc.

I would say it's a PSU problem.

It turns off far too fast to be a bios / incompatibility problem.

Thanks for the reply. Next time the error occur i'll get a new psu and see if it is deffective
