What do you mean you can't get "good settings"?

 

What part of OBS isn't working for you. FPS? Color reproduction? 

Want to know which mobo to get?

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

 

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

By that, do you mean it looks kinda grainy? That happened to me, and I couldnt get it to be fixed. I just got used to it. But turning it from "Same as Stream" to 16 Sharpened sampling will help.

here are the setting that should work for u perfectly im running an i5 6500 and a 1060 and i can stream pubg ok but with ur pc it should be no problem. btw depending on your upload speed you might need to change the bitrate. setting page #1> https://gyazo.com/57f9567a2ad50d8669238f62e9fcf04b settings page #2> https://gyazo.com/f4ef4df7a009fbb45af7aff7bcde24a4

I can't seem to find settings that don't look choppy. When I mess around with it nothing looks smooth and nice. Btw I am recording not streaming
