Ok, so I threw together an amazon wishlist for a travel/camera/tech bag. 

I would pair the laptop sleeve with the 14 inch razer blade.

Good choices but spend a little more on the backpack because it is what will be protecting all of your gear, and with the budget you have you could get one like i have which I have forgotten the name of.
