New build need advice

What are you using the build for? Seems a little overkill for gaming. 

Also, you'll probably want a better CPU cooler, the Hyper 212 is cheap but not very good; Noctua NH-D15 is what I'm going to put in my build.

The cooler is just a punch in the face with that setup. Please. Get a higher grade air cooler from Noctua or closed liquid one from brands like Corsair.

Also, the 1080TI SLI is a huge overkill for anything. You'd better save bucks on the second one and upgrade to a X299/X399 platform in a couple of months since you will have no benefits from these GPUs

I would go atleast 2400 Mhz RAM, not the standard 2133 stuff, no one with an unlocked chip uses that, also you are spending 1400 bucks on GPU's then you cheap out with the 2133 RAM and Hyper 212, yes technically it will all work (provided the case holds it all), but I would go for an AIO and a less ugly case that supports AIO's.

Well I'm going for 4k gaming, and other than that I just watch YouTube and online college, what would you guys suggest I want the best 4k FPS I can get with max settings any suggestions? Or even complete builds I will consider, like I said it's only for 4k gaming and school work

And guys please take in to consideration I have only built one PC before this so this would be my second build
