I have a question

I need help with my astro a50s when I switch my pc to use those headphones they make my whole computer slow and make my games Beamng drive Minecraft Roblox Youtube Google almost everything slow and sometimes even crash! Please help me anyone I need to be able to listen to music correctly PC specs:

i7 6700k 

GTX 1070

16 gb of ram

250(i think) gigs ssd

and 2 terabyte hard drive

Does it happen with different headsets? If yes:

Have you tried downloading AUDIO drivers from the manifacturer's site and performing a clean install? 

 

If no:

First update any software that comes with the headset performing a clean install, if it doesn't help you can try to check if the jack is damaged with a splitter or replace them if they are in warranty.
