Graphics Card or Integrated

Pink_Snowman

I recently got a pc as a gift. It included an i7-7700k but no graphics card. Can I use intels integrated graphics or do I need a actual card to plug into the motherboard?

Th iGPU on the 7700K is just fine, unless you want to run some newer games. It'll pay old games (2005) just fine.

if you are just browsing the internet or playing Emulator games from many decades ago it will be fine, but if you want to play REAL games like GTA: V this is what it runs like on Integrated graphics:

720p LOW settings, thats worse then CONSOLE level graphics.

what games are you planning to play? judging from your post you dont seem to edit videos in 4k or play AAA games in 4k LOL. you should sell the cpu and get a i3 and pair it with a 1050 ti for a insane 1080p gaming machine. and you will profit off of selling the cpu. since its LGA 1151 any cpu would work i recommend the i3 6100.

yes you can. Just plug the monitor in the motherboard output and you are done.

But you must understand that the graphics capabilities will be limited. Just hold on until you can buy a proper GPU. (150U$S and above).
