New ransomware? PLEASE HELP

I have had a call from a customer explaining that one of their servers has ransomware on it. It apparently printed out a sheet of paper with the words "What Happened?". I haven't heard of this before and neither has my adviser. All help is greatly appreciated.

Just ignore the call, its a fraudulant call trying to scare you.

If they have an accent be even more wary of them.

Like they say their name is Bob but they have a thick east indian accent.

Physically prints, as in from a printer/plotter? What OS? What are other symptoms? Is it off the network?

 

Edit: so all of this is from an unconfirmed customer? Or had this issue been authenticated?

All good hitman pro found it and removed it. We got lucky
