Go G4560 as I think it's overclockable, not quite sure, but it's still a way better value than an i3

It's not overclockable

I thought I remember Linus saying something in a video from the old office that was "can you simulate performance on a pentium" or something

I think there was a trick to make it possible, but that requires a Z mobo and old BIOS. In that case, just get a H or B mobo and buy an i5.

Both the Pentium G4560 and i3 7100 should play Overwatch decently. i3 would be better, as it will be supported longer, but it is around three times the price of the G4560, so the Pentium is definitely your best option for a tight budget.

I had a g4560 in both mine and my wifes PC. It its a great CPU. I paired it withe a 1050Ti and it played most  all games 45+fps on 1080p max graphics and over 60fps on high. I do not see the point of spending double to get a i3 7100. Overwatch will be about 55-80fps
