You should be able, it their isnt that much of a point of Optane if you have an SSD (Especially if its PCI-E).

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

Yes, you can.
But :
1) You can't use Optane boost on NVMe (it's not supported)
2) You can use Optane boost only on boot drive (ie. a SSD/HDD that has Windows you are using right now on it).
3) Optane can work as 32GB/16GB drive for pagefile (or 16/32GB storage device).
