You will have to mount (assign drive letter) the "Data" partition as "D:\"

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

I'm not sure, that could be a bug, or it could be something else (or maybe both).

If you get "Preferences" on each of them and show the "Location" tab it might shed some light on this

Interesting, could you go to C:\Users\<you>\ and check it for the Downloads, Desktop, and Documents folders in there?  Hopefully those are correct since those are actually the real ones (unless you moved them).

1. How did you do that? An honest question so I can see if there is a way to reverse engineer the solution.

2. You must have a Desktop and Downloads folder still, so that's not an issue, right? Also, do all three of those shortcuts lead to the same destination?

Okay, in that folder, try creating two new folders named "Desktop" and "Downloads".

I'm thinking the system can't find the Downloads and Desktop folders (because they're not there), so they're just using the Documents folder for some reason.

EDIT: Also, delete or rename one of those Documents folders (check what is in them first. If one is empty, delete it or if it has non-documents things in it, move them somewhere else and delete or rename the folder.

2) Yes

1) So, I clicked the properties of each folder and changed it to the D:/ . Then realizing I made a mistake I completlely unformated the D drive as there wasnt anything on it. Then restarted my pc and its like this now.

Go into the first two document's properties (the ones with the downloads and desktop icons by them) and go to the location tab. Click on reset to default and see what it does. That, combined with creating the folders as i mentioned before should get it back to normal. After that you can create folders on the D drive and map them.

Check the two Documents folders for their contents. If there's one that has the same things as on your Desktop, rename it to "Desktop". What happens with the Downloads folder?

Ok. So, can you change the path back to something like D:/Download, D:/Desktop etc. Your desktop folder is still obviously functional. Try changing the paths according to their icon.

I tried changing the dsektop one to C:\Users\Volodymyr\Desktop. It just changed all 3 to the same path.

I managed to fix this with creating a new user on the desktop and switching over to it. Then deleting the old user.
