GPU spiking up and down

Core memory goes from 300mhz to 1000mhz & memory clock goes from 150mhz to 1200mhz constantly. I dont know why. It's not driver issue. It was the same with 17.4.4. Yes I'm mining with GPUs

Looks like its just fluctuating with GPU usage so not the GPUs fault? if you were gaming I'd say maybe vsync is on. You could try a benchmark or something to see if the frequencies are stable when usage is pinned at 100℅ but I don't know just guessing

With mining it could be that since it is not always at every moment performing calculations, the usage could be going down in those small amounts of downtime, and thus the speeds go down. I'd say as long as you Mh/s rates are fairly consistent you should be fine.
