overclocking help

So i am currently getting an i7 4790k from a friend of mine and i was wondering if i could be able to overclock with a 450w power supply.

i will be using a z97 mbo with a cryorig h7 cpu fan cooler.

i have all of the other components to the computer and my total wattage would be around 350w

Would this be possible?

If you are absolutely sure that your maximum wattage will around 350W, then it should be fine.

And if the psu is a decent psu that actually puts out its rated wattage.
