CPU+Motherboard needed

I need to have a CPU+Motherboard for under $220 Canadian (shipping and tax too) but I'm wanting to make sure I'm not getting the wrong stuff and my local buy and sell stuff have no good option except one but its $155 over my budget but the list I have is 

  • AMD X4 860K
  • Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3HP 

I'm just trying to find out which is the best thing I can get for mostly gaming and some video editing and the parts I have

  • MSI GTX 770 2gb Twin Frozr
  • 500gb HDD
  • EVGA 450BV
  • Zalman Z1 Neo (tiny mod on it so then I can get a 240mm AIO in) 
  • 8gb of DDR3
  • Cryorig M9A

I bought a X58 LGA 1366 with i7-920 for $200 off of Kijiji

for an extra $50 I get a X5677 and I am in the same league as 3rd gen intel

 

AMD X4 sucks big time

I had it I think it was the 5050e it sucked

 

I bought a complete pc for $400 from Bestbuy.ca for $400 its a i5-4570 with W7

Im coming from an i3-5020u with Intel HD 5500 graphics so I dont care what I get I want to be able to game at more than 30fps on low settings on most games but this is on FM2+

but trying to find it in my town is hard there is only a good deal but its over by $155 and there is a Core 2 Quad and mobo+ram for $100 but I also have an AMD cooler

He could try going with an old xeon or something. Would help with the video editing part and they are deacnt for gaming. Can normally find old xeon's for cheap.

Ive tried that but no luck because the only one that fits in my budget it has two 24 pin connectors and my PSU doesnt have 2

How far to the nearest city with 1M population?

OK so what you need to do is order online from BestBuy.ca or Newegg.ca

Or you can order off of eBay I know a good seller in Alberta 100% rep with 20k sales

They got 2k items, always cpu+mobo combos, complete systems, parts.

 

Remember that if you build piece by piece you still need an O/S

Is that a duel socket mobo?? Try to find a single socket mobo that should have only 1 24pin

i3-2100 for $200 shipped 2GB no hdd

Dell Precision T3500 or T5500 HP Z400 are all $200

All prices are including shipping

*Note that them i3-2100's are worse then your 860k, but them server stuff is good stuff, T3500/5500/Z400 plus they are LGA 1366 so you can upgrade to X56 series cpu's later.

Honestly them LGA-1366 boards are good to go.

Can always upgrade to a Xeon X5650 for $35-$45 later on.
